Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Float Translate Pro purchases. Paid purchases are handled through the purchase flow by a third-party payment service or merchant of record. It explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what happens to your license after a refund.

Effective June 20, 2026

Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days after purchase.

If applicable consumer law requires a longer refund window, the longer required window applies.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your purchase email address or include the purchase email and order details so we can locate the purchase record.

Eligible refund requests are handled through the original purchase channel. We may ask for a short description of the issue to identify activation or billing problems.

After a refund

  • The related all_platform_pro license is revoked after the refund is confirmed.
  • Local app settings, local history, favorites, and other local configuration remain on your device unless you delete them.
  • Free app features can continue to work without the refunded Pro license.
  • Refunds and chargebacks invalidate unconfirmed referral or invitation rewards tied to the refunded purchase.
